Lifelines Homework Help

Homework resources for parents and librarians to help students in grades K - 12

About Lifelines

Lifelines Homework Help Site is designed to be a useful, easily accessible directory of excellent scholastic resources on the World Wide Web. Designed to support public schools, libraries, parents and teachers, the site is structured to facilitate your search for help with homework and other school projects in all of the major K-12 academic subject areas.

Lifelines was initially developed as part of a Technology Literacy Challenge Fund grant from the New York State Department of Education awarded to Dutchess County BOCES. Mid-Hudson Library System worked with Dutchess County BOCES to develop a site which supported curriculum areas in grades K-4. In 2001, Mid-Hudson Library System received additional funding in support of Lifelines from the Federal Library Services and Technology Act funds awarded to the New York State Public Library by the Federal Institute of Museum and Library Services. Under the auspices of this grant, MHLS expanded the site in 2002 to include support for curriculum areas in grades 5-12.
